IT’S FUNDRAISING TIME!!!
Hello RYFA Family,
It’s time to raise money. This year, our goal is to raise $10,000. These funds will be raised to buy new equipment for the players and cheerleaders.
As you know, RYFA is a non-profit organization that depends on the community to help keep the organization running. Over the years, the organization has been at a standstill in its ability to buy new football and cheerleading equipment. We decided to make THIS year our goal to raise funds that will specifically go to buy new equipment.
$10,000 seems like a lot to raise. However, if we have approx. 200 registered athletes. If each child earned $50 in fundraising that would get us to approx. $10,000. If everyone sells at least 12 of any of below items we will reach our goal of $10,000.
Fundraising choices: Your team mom will have all the order forms on Tuesday, September 6th.
Coke Products – We NEED everyone to sell at least 5 of these. This helps pay for the Coke refrigerators. We get a higher percentage back to the organization according to how much we sell. For every case your team/squad sell 50% of the profit will go back to your team/squad to go towards your teams end of the season banquet or other team/squad expenses.
Gourmet Popcorn – Pre-popped popcorn of many flavors.
Spirit Cups – Insulated and non-insulated cups of your favorite teams and organizations.
NFL, NHL, MLB, College, Military and more.
Personalized online store. This will set you up with a link to send to all friends and family via email and/or social media.

Incentives: The football player or cheerleader that sells the most items will receive a $50 VISA gift card. Also if our goal of selling 200 cases of Coca-Cola products is met the team with the high number of cases sold will receive a PowerAde Side Line Kit. The sideline kit includes a 5 gallon cooler and 25 sports bottle.
